RIVONA GmbH acts as an initiator and agent for building owner-occupiers and investors wishing to pursue the goal of sustainable asset management. Besides our original brokering and construction activities, we have specialised for the most part in servicing Swiss investor groups and investment trusts.

We are currently looking for investment projects

We are interested mainly in investment projects in former East Germany and Baden-Württemberg with the following portfolio (from five million euros upwards preferred city locations of major German cities and metropolitan areas):

• commercial premises and offices in inner-city locations
• major projects for international real estate investors
• shopping centres (with long-term leasing relationships)
• residential properties (commercial usage: maximum 20%)
• senior citizens' residences

We broker on the properties direct from the owners for a fee, i.e. with no intermediary, to our Swiss investor groups and trust funds.

RIVONA GmbH also offers the following services:

• the acquisition at short notice in order to take advantage of market opportunities
• foreclosure auctions
• the construction of single-family homes and holiday homes
